Front desk personnel were friendly. Very little wait. Dr was communicative during procedure.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Keller for a few years and I have nothing but positive things to say about her patient care. She is an extremely personable and kind physician. She takes the time to answer my questions. Dr. Keller handles my body carefully and respectfully, so my visits are always comfortable and pain free.

I usually see Dr Williamson at ECOBGYN but Keller was on call when I went into labor, ultimately delivering my baby. I don’t think I have enough characters to explain how wrong it went from scaring me into going to the hospital for an early induction (She called me and told me both me and my baby’s life were at risk if I didn’t go to the hospital so I did) to getting annoyed and saying I was wishy washy when I told her I’d prefer to sleep in my own bed and leave the hospital rather than getting induced (my blood pressure was high at their office so she wanted to monitor it then induce at hospital). My blood pressure was monitored and I was fine so rather than induce I went home to get a good nights rest for my impending delivery. The nurse at the hospital told me she rolled her eyes and said “fine whatever, she’ll be back in the morning”. Even my husband made comment about how crass and uncaring she seemed. Wouldn’t recommend and am truly confused by the good reviews.

I have been seeing Dr. Keller for several years now, and she is so incredible! She has always made me feel comfortable during visits and is very knowledgeable. And as an added bonus she is so easy to talk with too!

She is very professional and has a caring, nurturing presence which I like because I am always nervous going to the doctor. I travel 6 hours just to see her. She is by far the best!

I met with Dr. Keller to discuss my desire to undergo sterilization. She wanted to have several consultations over the span of a few months to ensure I understood the procedure, risks, and additional pertinent information on other birth control options. The regret rates for females in their 20s that undergo sterilization is high, so she wanted to ensure this was a decision I had thought out for the long-term. After multiple appointments, we agreed sterilization was the right option for me and I just had my surgery yesterday! Everything went smoothly and I was confident in her abilities as a OBGYN and surgeon because of her analytical approach she brings to the practice. Recovery is going well and I'm am very happy I chose East Cooper. Thank you, Dr. Keller!

One of the only doctors I’ve had that listens to me and takes into consideration my view.

Dr. Keller has always taken the time to get to know me. She addresses any of my questions or concerns in a manner that makes me feel comfortable. I have moved but I still travel to see her! She is the best!

The bedside manners were pretty rough. She barely even introduced herself to me, and then basically brushed off my miscarriage as a “late period.” Worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor.

Follow up for hysterectomy performed by Dr. Keller on 1/6/21 - Dr. Keller came recommended from a friend and I’ve never had a bad experience. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I wish I’d found her sooner!

I was 17 weeks pregnant with my first child when I started having cramps that would not go away. Over 3 days I was seen in the office, made 4 calls to the on-call, and visited the ER. While lying in bed on the 3rd evening, I felt my water break. I called and Dr Keller was the on-call doctor. She could barely be bothered to help, told me I must have "wet my pants", then 37 minutes later I found myself giving birth on my bathroom floor. She should not be practicing - incompetent, lazy, & careless.
