Fantastic Doctor
My entire experience at Axis Spine reinforced my confidence in the competence and professionalism of all involved. I had requested X-rays taken by a different doctor to be sent to dr. Jameson. They never arrived. No worries - Dr. Jameson asked a staff member to take new X-rays- which was done immediately. Furthermore, I waited no more than 5 minutes for Dr. Jameson to return to the exam room to go over her expert interpretation of the results. The entire staff is energetic and alert. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Jameson in particular. Also, Rosalee, at the reception desk, was outstanding- very compassionate and extremely helpful.

I am so disappointed, after having shots in my spine, they did not inquire how I was feeling, or arrange a follow up appointment. Several weeks later I called them!

Was referred to Dr Jameson over a week ago. I never received a phone call so I called the office and left a message on their answering machine. After three days I called my physician and requested a different doctor. I understand it may be a busy office, but at least acknowledge to potential patients that you are interested. Other than that I cannot respond to any of their other office questions as I never got the chance to get there.

I wish I'd taken my insurance $ to Spokane! When I saw Dr. Jameson & her staff I felt pushed to do a procedure (SCS) that was not in my best interest! When I pointed out that my family doctor, medical history, and even the ad on the wall said I wasn't a good candidate this was disregarded. I got a "my way or the highway" attitude at this clinic.

Absolutely amazing. She got me in as a new patient after hearing how bad the pain was. I have a disc pinching a nerve and had lost most of the feeling in my leg and foot. The pain was as intense as a kidney stone. I was in this much pain in her office, and she took immediate action to relieve the pain (toradol shot and cortisone inj immediately). I do need surgery, but she greatly reduced the pain portion (still numb). She contacted my insurance herself for approvals. Best ever.

Dr Jameson is terrific, but her staff is horrible. Communication with the Doctor and her PA's is next to impossible. Whenever I call I get "the doctor is busy with a patient", leave a msg for her and someone will get back to you". I have yet to receive a call back by the doctor or her PA's, after several calls. It is too bad that the Axis Spine Center staff reflect on an excellent surgeon like this. Dr Jameson gets 5 stars but, because of her staff, I can only give her 2 stars.

After a very negative pain clinic visit with another provider, I was ecstatic to meet Dr. Jameson. She listened to my concerns, was very empathetic regarding my experiences, and was quick to make a plan to get me some pain relief. Dr. Jameson is wonderful, I would recommend her to anyone seeking chronic pain relief procedures in North Idaho.

I have suffered from CRPS for nearly 9 yrs, Dr Jameson is the 1st Dr to take time & listen & take action towards helping me. She implanted 2 Spinal Cord Stimulators, which have helped my pain considerably. She was willing to think outside the box and try different things. I highly recommend her, she has been the best doctor that I have had!!
