I went to Dr. Higgs to procure the documentation of my illness so I could receive academic support while ill at University. She refused to do this and made me work extremely hard to attempt salvaging my semester. I failed classes due to not being able to receive support as she blocked my academic notice from those who were requiring it. Avoid Higgs at all costs.
