Uncaring and unhelpful doctor
Not sure how she even is employed at the Mayo Clinic. The moment she walked into the exam room she had a bad attitude. Completely disregarded my concerns and requests.

Rare genetic gene
Telehealth
Had MRI did not get results, told me to come back in 6 months. Without biopsy results she stated I should just have a mastectomy because of my gene. Good job Mayo on hiring someone that doesn’t want to take care of her patients. -10

Most caring dr ever
Dr Fraker is one of the most amazing Dr's I have ever met. She is very concerned for her patients. I hope I have the pleasure of being with her for many years...what a sweetheart. And also her nurse Alexis is supper kind! You CAN'T go wrong with this group. So happy...so blessed

I work in the healthcare industry and have sympathy for providers, especially ones accepting new patients. But, the way Jessica and her team went about even scheduling an appointment was entirely unprofessional. I booked an appointment more than 1.5 months about because that was her earliest availability. Then, the week of the appointment, they call and tell me she is unavailable and the earliest they would be able to get me in is 1+ week out. I get it things come up, but service, communication, and operations is VERY poor. Glad it came up now, then when it was something urgent.
