Dr. Au was very knowledgeable and helped me restart a treatment plan after I had nearly given up hope, having dealt with chronic pain from a pinched nerve for over a year. Her clear and in depth review of my case and symptoms put me at ease, along with her professional yet friendly approach - I couldn't ask for more!

Dr. Au really helped me - from diagnosis to treatment for hip osteoarthritis. The hip injection has given me some relief as I head toward surgery at some point. I like her very much - she is personable and well informed. Thank you, Dr. Au!

Dr Jessica Au is awesome! Super smart and professional. She goes above and beyond in listening to you and helping to resolve your problem. She's very curious to understand what is wrong and figure out how to fix it. I have a complicated situation and she's been "riding shotgun" trying to help me resolve it. She makes getting an injection a comfortable experience through her pleasant bedside manner and conversation which leads you to laughs. Dr. Au definitely is a 5 start doctor!

My neurologist recommended Dr Au to oversee and manage the pain and ongoing recovery of a herniated disc (including some very effective steroid injections). Dr Au is engaged, personable, responsive, highly skilled and genuinely concerned for her patients. Her office is immaculate and her support staff is great! Highly recommended!

I've had neck/back pain for over 10 years and have seen a lot of different doctors. Dr. Au was the first person to make me feel like I had some control over my pain. She's really efficient and honest about what the treatments can and can't do. Highly recommend her.

Tired of pain in NY – Jun 30, 2018
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Au?
I started seeing Dr. Au when I was having back pain. Unlike some other doctors that I’ve been to, I felt that she listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I also felt that she went through different types of treatment options and helped me to understand the benefits of each instead of just rushing in and out. I would recommend if you are looking for a competent and patient doctor!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Au?
My experience with Dr. Au was fantastic. Her new office is clean and modern, staff courteous, and wait times reasonable. She did a fantastic job of explaining the reasons for my symptoms at the rationale for her prescribed treatments. I left feeling less anxious about my problems and confident in the treatment plan we had devised together. I'm not sure what the one-star reviewer's issue was, but I had no issues with communication or follow-up.

Saw Dr. Au for issues with my back. She took her time seeing me, explained everything about what she thought was going on, and answered all of my questions. I like that she recommended a course of treatment but was still open to what I had to say. Happy to finally find a doctor who cares and listens. Feeling better already.

saw Dr. Au for acute back pain in November 2017. She administered an epidural and ordered an MRI. Had the MRI just after Thanksgiving. Although I’ve called repeatedly in attempts to obtain a followup appointment/diagnostic results, I’ve basically been abandoned. Terrible follow-through and disappointing aftermath.
