I know that it’s a process, but I’ve been seeing great progress. I’ve had a few therapists before which were great and only one psychiatrist before and I didn’t feel comfortable going past the first session. But this time I felt I could and I feel like I can really express myself and what I’m truly going through and I feel heard. I also feel like I’m not being pressured or lead into doing anything, everything feels like my choice and my input on what I want to do next is always considered. I’d recommend!
