Dr. Jess Salinas, MD

Was scheduled to get a Visco supplementation injection in knee. After waiting a month for visit to have treatment, On day of treatment I was told they could not proceed because they did not have product. They told me my pharmacy had it which was not true. My pharmacy could not fill due to no response from Dr. Office on not finding a supplier. Insurance company further added that the authorization had been approved but the authorization had expired as I had not had the injection within the authorized time. All this boils down to the office not doing their job. To add insult to injury, they blamed me for the pharmacy not contacting me about not having the product. What!!!??

Used to be an incredible facility with Dr.s and staff that cared. Office staff is rigid, disrespectful, and often impatient. Visits have been shortened to five minutes unless you really push. No neurological exams done in the last 12 months(with a neurological issue). Farmed off to PA with staff giving repeated issues on request to see your Dr. Talk in the waiting room is always negative. The only current benefit is getting the medicine you need. NPI has suffered GREATLY in the last year!

Horrible I rescheduled my procedure but in the meantime ran out of pain medicine i called 3 times and so did the pharmacy but nobody ever returned my call. I attempted to call again and speak with office manager and was hung up on twice. I will not be moving forward with the procedure I will be going somewhere else. had to rate 1 star just to post this or i would not have posted one star they are not worth it.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude, unprofessional staff. Dirty office. Does not recognize ADA. Save yourself the rouble and stay far away from this place.

WOW, he is intent on relieving my pain. Very clear in his explanations of treatment. I was referred to him after moving from SC and nervous about getting treatment from a new doctor. Should not have worried. He is the BEST!

The best. Without doubt. Pain control is a very slow process. He doesn’t give up. Never makes me feel like a failure. His staff loves him. Low turnover.

I have been a patient of Dr. Salinas for some time. He has recommended various treatments that have given me the "mobility" to "move around" and enjoy life with very limited pain. Over the years he has shown that he IS a master in his chosen profession through the treatment recommendations made for me as well as the skills used to "deliver" those treatments. Dr. Salinas has a busy practice but I have NEVER felt rushed through a procedure or follow-up appointment or felt that I was a "bother" in his day! That said, "kudos" to ALL his wonderful staff, especially Pauline and Katie and Tara! Thanks to the staff for doing THEIR jobs thus allowing Dr. Salinas to provide the caliber of care that is focused on me, the patient. He isn't only a skilled doctor but still a "guy" who will share a "laugh" with NO pretense! In my opinion, he has earned "5" stars.

Dr. Salinas has great bedside manner, fully engaged with patient, explaining procedures and answering questions. Nursing staff also top notch, effective, and friendly, especially Pauline Fearon.

I would recommend Doctor Salinas to anybody seeking relief from chronic pain. The Doctor and Support Staff are Friendly and Caring. I am a Snow Bird and have a Pain Clinic at home but this clinic is superior. I just finished radiofrequency ablation lumbar rhizotomy for my lower back and I feel Doctor Salinas does a superior job. I really like the out patient Surgery center and staff. If i could give six stars I would!
