Dr. Thomas has treated my knee pain and ultimately performed my knee surgery which was very successful. I also went into his office complaining of back pain, and after he moved my leg a couple of times, he diagnosed me with hip bursitis. He was right because his treatment worked! I have rarely had to wait more than 5-10 minutes before being taken to a room. All of the staff at the office is friendly and professional.

No online payment portal makes it very inconvenient to pay the bill. And while I appreciate that insurance pays most, charging them $355 just for a couple pokes and a sling is kind of absurd.

Dr. Thomas is a good provider. His grade is lower because of his OFFICE STAFF in his COLUMBIA, MD. office. I read someone else's review that is similar to my experience. On my third follow up visit for motor vehicle accident I was told thay my pip benefits were exhausted. When I called the pip insurance claims adjuster she said they were not. Only $300 of $1500 were used to-date. When I spoke to the office manager penny she let it slip that the pip claims had not been paid. Health care claims are likely paid more quickly than pip claims. I refused to pay $40 copay that they demanded in order to see the doctor. Two members of the staff were ROFL in a corner listening to my conversation with the manager. I wasn't laughing. I was very upset and humiliated. I stormed out and won't be back. A doctor is only as good as his administrative staff. And, they are pathetic.

Dr. Thomas is the greatest! After having a really crappy experience with another ortho doc I went to Dr. Thomas for a second opinion. Unlike the first ortho Dr. Thomas looked at my x rays and saw the problem and took care of it. I had a torn meniscus in my left knee. Had physical therapy first time, second time I tore it he performed surgery. He did a fantastic job! He knows his stuff!!
