Personnel not so friendly. If you Have a medication question or need an answer and you call and leave a message you never gat a call back. You need a refill your pharmacy is not allowed to call you have to call the ice for refill or you have to go in and pick up a paper prescription. I wait waited 2 weeks for a refill, no call I had to go into office. Told Dr about refill not being filled and he got upset because he said I should only be calling once a month for all my refills because he is busy

Would not recommend this Dr. Very rude unprofessional front office staff. Complained about rude staff 1st visit as a new patient. Rudeness never changed. Had called to ask a question about a none emergency for 2 days no response. With no serious ailments I was treated with no problem until I went from private patient to Medicare/private, at which point I tried to speak with the doctor in between patients to ask him a question and he looked at me and blatantly ignored me. Money Hungry!
