Dr. Mueller has been my Orthopedic Doctor for many years and has done several surgeries on me due to complications of Post Polio. Most recently he repaired my torn rotator cuff due to a bad fall. He is a great Surgeon and good listener, and has a very friendly, professional staff. I recommend everyone needing orthopedic care to visit Dr. Mueller.

Dr. Mueller is in demand so sometimes there is a bit of a wait..but he does not
short change his patients. He is top of the list for no infections. In the last few
weeks he did a great job with a 90 year old friend who fell and broke her hip.
She was doing fine at Hemet Valley Healthcare'

My husband had an accident with a table saw Nov. 2012 that took off close to the first knuckle of the first 2 fingers on his left hand. Took him to the ER at Hemet and Dr. Mueller was the orthopedic surgeon on call. He was able to reattch the first finger but had to do a full thickness skin graft on the second finger using the part of the finger that was cut off. My husband received excellent care & follow up from Dr. Mueller and his staff.

Dr Mueller is an excellent surgon, he repaired my broken arm no other surgon would attempt to fix. Dr Muller took it on as a challenge. He spent 9 hrs in surgery repairing my arm installing pins and screws to a shattered elbow and arm. I now have full use of my right arm again thanks to Dr Muller.

I would like to recommend Dr. Jerome Mueller, MD. This strong recommendation is for anyone seeking an excellent Orthopedic doctor. His professional care, kindness, and exceptional knowledge rate as the best I have seen, having undergone several surgeries and seeing many doctors over the past six years. Had 3 fingers severed in an accident and Dr Mueller performed my reattachement procedure. I am extremely grateful that Dr Mueller was able to save my fingers. In a very genuine and gentle way, Dr Mueller explained to me my recovery process and answered all my questions.

Dr. Mueller did surgery on my rotater cuff and I found him very professional and capable. He helped me a great deal and made it very easy to have confidence that everything was going to be fine. He got me right into physical therapy and I am already much better. In addition, he cares and addresses his patients' concerns. His office staff is under new management and improved 100 percent. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Mueller replaced my husbands right hip several months ago. Before we went in, I talked to several people about Dr. Mueller, all had nothing but good things to say about him. He was good, kind, and friendly. Sorry to say, but my husband has to go back in on the 13th of February to have his other hip replaced. We are both very comfortable with Dr. Muller and would use him again and again. He is great!

Rude nurse Stella claims to loose paper work, never calls back, is rude in office, when in extreme pain waiting for surgery and insurance clearance (which she never follows through on) says "just be patient". Well it's been 3 months and no calls. How patient do we have to be??!! Also, be wary of this site, old reviews that reflect same opinion of Stella have been taken down. Condition getting worse due to delays. Will report to Board.

I was there for a knee issue. He could not figure out how to open the computer to view xrays, once he got it opened, he forgot what he was looking for and why I was there, I had to tell him again. I feel bad for the receptionist, the nurse is constantly fussing at her and is very brute and short with her, she does it with an office full of patients listening. I think he and the nurse need to retire now. I won't be going back again. I will look for another doctor.

Does uncalled for surgery claiming it will help what really needs to be done. Did nothing but total damage, do not believe everything he says.
Get second and third opinions by doctors he does not recommend.

This is the worst experience I have ever had.....I had knee replacement 6 months ago and still can not walk right, the office and the bed side matter of these people are unreal....he does not give enough pain meds to get though the intense PT and aftercare that is needed ..DO NOT GO HERE.....If I could give a 00 score I would. Will never go back there....they all should retire.
