Awful. His communication with his patients is really bad. He doesn't return calls and neither does his office staff. They won't even answer calls during routine office hours. We changed doctors.

After my mom’s kidney stone removal surgery, he didn’t give her pain medicine or prescription. She was in pain throughout the whole week without any meds. We tried calling the hospital but they said they can’t do anything unless he signed the prescription papers so we called him instead &’ he was being very rude over the phone. It’s been about a week now &’ we have to go back to the hospital since my mom is not doing too well. Wish we would’ve read the reviews first before going.

Wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone
After surgery to laser 3 kidney stones I wasn't able to urinate and laid in recovery until the recovery closed. The nurse called Dr. Weiss and told him along with the pharmacy closing before I could get there. He told the nurse he wasn't near a computer. I spent the next 16 hours in unbelievable pain before I could get pain medicine.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolute worse doctor I've been to. Had a procedure done, no professionalism whatsoever. Horribly painful and I have an extremely high pain tolerance. Office staff came in and out while I was exposed, door wide open. There were other people in there, possibly training or intern, I don't know. I wasn't asked if they could be there during this very intimate procedure. I don't understand how this guy has a license. Luckily I'm not too modest but I would have been horrified if my wife or other family members would have gone through this. I'd list everything but I don't have the time to write that long of a review. Wish I would have checked reviews before I went. Office staff is almost as bad as he is.

Terrible both of my kidneys were blocked. I had severe sepsis. He did nothing about right kidney block. The hospital released me, went back to their clinic to get left stent out. I told them how sick I was, told to go back to er. Then dr Weiss abused them to send me home with antibiotic and pain meds. Two days later I have to go back by ambulance with life threatening damage to major organs due to severe sepsis. Horrible Dr and horrible practice. Try a different urologist.

I was impressed with Dr. Weiss when we first met, in March 2010, following a p=biopsy that showed Stage 5 Prostate Cancer. He discussed what the surgery would be like if we chose that path, meeting with my wife and me for over 45 minutes. He is direct and very self confident, which I appreciate. He performed the robotic prostate surgery on January 4. 2011 and each PSA since, has been undetectable.

I wish I could give 0 stars. my father was seen by Dr. Weiss for couple years and couple weeks ago he went under surgery. the doctor was not helpful in explaining the situation and what is going on. he rushes to do things instead of explaining things. my father went for follow up and he was seen by his medical assistant, we were trying to talk to him but he could not see us. also, we gave him a paper to fill out for his work which he did not even look at. his medical assistant filled out and he

Went in for a vasectomy earlier today. Dr. Weiss did a fantastic job with the surgery. Most importantly, he helped ease my nerves and even made the situation funny. He made sure that all my questions/concerns were answered and really took his time during the 30 minute procedure. I would definitely recommend Dr. Weiss to anyone looking to get a vasectomy in the greater Denver area.

Dr. Weiss is a stellar urologist. He treated me for a kidney stone the size of a nickel. The treatment required two surgeries and a follow up office visit. He explained everything to me in an understandable and thorough manner. He gave my wife and I peace of mind when dealing with a scary affliction. He is not only exceptionally qualified in urological surgery but in conversations with patients and family. He gave my anxious and worried wife timely and thorough updates after both surgeries.

I have only had one appointment with Dr Weiss. It was for a scope procedure to find out why I had bleeding in my urine. I felt like he was very rushed he spent a total of 10 minutes with me. That included the scope procedure and him telling me I had Bladder cancer. He did not give me any details on my illness or what the procedure would be to remove it. Just said I would get a phone call to schedule my surgery. I felt he was very rushed and not interested in me or my illness.

He scheduled surgery without disclosing the very common side effect of retrograde ejaculation. I cancelled the surgery and made an appointment to see him to discuss it. He was not pleased and I feel his failure to make this disclosure was unethical.
