Awesome Doctor
We had an awesome experience with Dr Sebastian. He is very attentive, easy to talk to and explains every thing thoroughly. Dr Sebastian discovered my husband had a very rare thyroid cancer. His surgery to remove the thyroid and lymph nodes was excellent. Concern for his patient and help taking our next step has been perfect. He is a surgeon that cares about his patient over his ego! This has been a very pleasant experience with him and his staff during a very unpleasant time for us. Thank you Dr Sebastian you are the best.

Removed more tissue than was necessary in my sinus operation which has resulted in a dry nose and loss of taste. I continued to have a sinus infection which was treated with five antibiotics by to no avail. When I changed insurance and was able to see a qualified ENT doctor, I was treated with an office procedure and I showed signs of improvement the next day. Infection was gone in a few days.

Dr. Sebastian is fantastic! I highly recommend him. He took amazing care of me and his follow up is superb! His medical assistant Vanessa is also very helpful.

Although ARC can be a stressful environment, Dr. Sebastian is an amazing ENT, and worth waiting going through the ARC system to see. He and his staff are incredible with communication and make you feel very comfortable. I'm happy to have chosen Dr. Sebastian as a surgeon and would recommend him to anyone in the Austin/Texas area.

I really liked Dr. Sebastian. He was so nice and answered any questions I had, I never felt like he was rushing me. He was blunt and to the point about the tonsillectomy I was having, which I like. I talked to him once after the surgery when I had some bleeding and he was very comforting and reassuring.

Dr. Sebastian displayed an arrogant and condescending manner and inflexible self-serving decision making in my "care." All about his rigidity regarding a simple procedure that other doctors have routinely performed in the office and what I was referred for. An hour and 15 minutes late and never said anything about it and this was an early morning appointment. Complete waste of time and copay, this man should have gone into a profession not involved with dealing with people. 0 stars really.

I wouldn't my family deserves someone who actually cares about their patients. Not someone who realizes there is a serious problem have Ann attitude and throw your problem to the next doctor. But, that's OK! The next doctor actually cares and from now on all I can say is. Never trust who your referred to really get to know your doctor and make sure you can trust him.
