Outstanding Doctor, knowledgable, caring and cares about his patients. Takes the time to explain and inform you the patient. Dr. Peck genuinely wants to make sure people are getting their needed care. He's a rare, down to earth guy.

Outstanding dermatologist with 3 specialties, 2 board certifications, very personable, obviously talented with a robust practice. Biopsy results are shared ASAP. However, a critically needed practice improvement - provide patients, before they leave, with written, wound management care instructions generic or specific to the procedure(s) performed. A helpful practice improvement - provide patients timely info about exam results and therapies or procedures actually performed during their visit.

Seemed like a nice guy but has no concern for patient satisfaction. When routine treatment for lesion removal didn’t work, his office expected me to return and pay for the visit and procedure a second time. Attempts via email, phone calls, and personal letters were all ignored by his office. That is either poor office management or the dr refusing to stand by his work, either way it is bad business.
