He did a partial knee rep that fell apart
Really liked him when I met him. Very nice liked all in his office. After my partial knee replacement, I was having a lot of pain. X-ray showed the glue was breaking off and there were lots of pieces all over in the knee. He went in to clean it up and repair it and again, pieces of glue were left in my knee. When he told me there was only 1 piece remaining I walked out. Primarily because the X-ray report stated there were still at least 9 measurable pieces. That's called a lie. Went to see Dr Gilde who stated he had bad and worse news. My knee was in bad shape and now needed a full knee replacement. 3 surgeries in 9 months with an 18 month to 2 years recovery time compared to the original 6 months. I was told there are so many small pieces it's impossible to get them all out. I don't think I could have been treated much worse. Gilde was AMAZING. See my review of the lengths he went to on a Saturday the day after my surgery. Now, I'm not sure I will get my Law Enforcement Career back.

Dr Pascotto repaired my right shoulder two years ago. All of the main ligaments were torn, along with arthritis, cysts and bone spurs. I am a 61 year old house painter and I was back to work in 7 weeks. Within 6 months I had 100% mobility! He is amazing!

To start, I fondly call him my FAVORITE DOCTOR. He is a wonderful Doctor and after a massive shoulder injury things are really better than expected. Dr Pascotto is not only competent in his field, but a very gentle and listening doctor, which is hard to find today. Hard to find good all around doctors today.

Dr. Pascotto is great when we see him, but his receptionist Darcy in Charlotte is rude and unhelpful on the phone. Sometimes it is hard to get ahold of him when we have a question. He has not really done much to help us understand what to expect after my husband's surgery. I wish he had been more upfront about what to expect. So I guess not the greatest experience.

Quick in/ not a long wait - takes time needed to talk and explain. Excellent bedside manner. Great physician. My knees are doing great. I can climb stairs again!
