Visit was a joke
The medical assistant was fantastic, if not a bit nosey. Dr. Oliver, however, was not good. I was a brand new patient, and an annual physical took him about 10 minutes. He checked my blood pressure, looked in my ears, and asked if I had any questions. That's literally it. I was caught off guard and completely forgot to bring up the trouble I've been having with my ankle. I had to be the one to inquire about a blood screen, just to keep records of everything. I'm also overweight and asked about a referral to a dietician, as I had one in the past, but wanted someone new. He told me to talk to my insurance and see who they recommend. Useless. He absolutely does not care, and then left, saying, 'you're established now, so let us know if you need anything.' I waited over 2 months for this appointment, and it was a total waste of time and a babysitter. Thinking it was an off day, we kept my husband's appointment the next week. He had the exact same experience.Find someone else.

Extremely Unprofessional Office Staff
Dr. Oliver's office staff has never been the friendliest or the most professional, but I have always had a good experience w/ Dr. Oliver, himself. Been seeing him for years. I most recently had an appt scheduled for 2/21/22 and was told that I had to be seen in person to continue getting prescription refills, no big deal. A secretary called and told me the appt had to be rescheduled, so we rescheduled for 3/15 at 3:00. Several minutes later, a different secretary called, telling me the appt needed rescheduled. I said "wait the one that I just rescheduled for 3/15?" She apologized and explained that she hadn't realized someone had reached out regarding the 2/21 appt. Fast forward to today, and my appt is somehow canceled, with no explanation as to why. His secretary told me that I "probably accidentally canceled it through the app," which definitely did not happen. They just won't admit to fault and are extremely messy and unprofessional. Don't recommend b/c of his awful staff.

the office staff is rude and has even cancelled a prescription sent in by the doctor. The doctor has been gruff with his own staff and then when he hears potential patient talk about to an er doctor and one of his staff who was found to be in the wrong states that the patent is abusive. Yet it is fine he doesn't get the whole story from all people involved.

I switched to Dr. Oliver after my PCP of 20 years retired. The office is great. If you have a scheduled appt. You are seen on time. Dr. Oliver took time and listened to me which is hard to find in a doc these days. His MA Linda was very nice. I would recommend for someone looking for a new Primary Care Doctor!
