Dr. Naples is condescending, rude and did not listen/or laughed at anything I said. I don't know why he became a doctor. I went to the ER on the advice of my doctor and I left feeling stupid and angry.

I, unfortunately had to go to the ER and Dr. Naples was the physician assigned to me. He made me feel stupid for coming to the ER. I told him that my doctor had advised me to go to the ER and I gave him the reasons my doctor told me to go. He said that was ridiculous. He was demeaning, and rude. Why did he become a doctor? It is because of doctor's like him that people (including myself) won't come into the ER or seek help when it may be needed. If you go to ER and he is your doctor, I recommend you ask for someone else. He's that bad. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day until I read his reviews.

St. Marys ER visit 02/14/2022
What a horrible man! No compassion, no smile, dismissive and totally did not care at all about my well being. I was in immense pain and taking oxy already...(it was not helping my pain), and he treated me like I was there for drugs. His assistant (Nurse?) was the same. He rudely said, "I'm not admitting you an even if I wanted to, we have no beds." She proceeded to offer me morphine with a grin on her face, and administered a fake shot. Came back LESS than 5 minutes later to see if my pain was gone, which of course it wasn't. It was not morphine, because she did not enter it on my chart and I had no reaction whatsoever from the injection. Just a cruel little game. She wheeled me out into lobby and told me to never come back again. Wish I knew her name, but I'm sure there's a record of it. Demeaning and embarrassing experience! Both incredibly unqualified to be in a position to CARE for people!
