Useless ER visit
Brought in our young toddler because we were advised at Urgent Care to have her seen due to her fast deteriorating state (high fever, lethargic, lower blood oxygen, etc). This MD did ZERO exams, he didn't even touch her. After hearing our story, we were simply asked 'what would you like me to do to make you feel better'. Not only that, but he couldn't listen to our story about our daughter's symptoms throughout the day and the fact that we had already been to Urgent Care twice that day. No patient or parent should ever have to tell an MD what to do to 'make them feel better' in this type of scenario. If he had reviewed her chart from the day he probably could have used his years of medical training to articulate his own answer about what he should have done.

Went to ER for broken leg. Doctor was not compassionate. I was asked multiple questions and it made me feel like I was almost being accused of intentionally breaking my leg

I have never been treated more rudely, he added insult to injury, I would be very hesitant to ever go to McKay dee emergency ever again!! I had an extreme blow to my head and he didn't think i had a concussion unreal, he is extremely CARELESS he was immature and mocking, I had suffered an extreme trauma and he continued it! He needs to be out of this line of work. I had asked for a different doctor he said no we don't do that, I asked for whoever was over him and he refused to give me those n

Never. He asked the same questions about 4 times because he wouldn't hear our answers. Did exams that were completely unrelevant to our issues and was very rude. It's sad when you are in such a vulnerable situation and you end up with someone who does not care or even try to listen to you. Stay far far away.

Look I know when I have a kidney stone. When the X-ray came back negative for one, I was flabbergasted! Told me I probably pulled a back muscle. Just past the stone a few hours ago it was 4mm, they should have done a CT scan. Didn't even get an IV going for fluid's, I would think that you would do that first.
