I was happy to not pay a co-pay off $50.00 since my last 3 visits had to pay a total off $150.00.

Dr Jeremy Epstein was a very rude nasty person to be in the medical profession. There was no handshake on entering the room being a first time patient; no Bedside Manners at all.He spoke too quickly and mumbled that you could barely understand what was being said. I have never experienced this kind of mannerism from a medical profession. I was given misinformation about prescription he prescribed. I asked for an After Visit Summary I was told I would not get one because he had to write it up, usually a doctor is inputting information on a computer as they speak with you.

The staff was very friendly and work rapidly. The Doctor takes time to explain what options are available and how he will treat you. The Doctor is very nice spoken and wants to know how you feel about everything.

my visit today was due to dealing with neck pain down my shoulder and my arm so I have talking to the doctor will come up with a solution to get me an MRI done and then have a follow up meeting in two weeks also he was prescribing me some pain medicine to deal with the discomfort, but very professional young man hopefully he can help me with the pain and whatever was killing me cleared up, but I enjoyed the visit The staff and everybody was courteous and appreciate that

Dr. Epstein is a genius! He took an extraordinary amount of time with me, and did an excellent job explaining the confusion regarding my symptoms, however, I don't believe that there is hope for me to assist me with my chronic pain.

Dr Epstein very accommodating and easy to work with. PA IS AWESOME and a real asset to patient’s.

Was there for 3 hours for less of a 10 minute consultation had no bearing of the pain and injuries have. Brought the xrays and mri just done a couple months and already saying expired. Same scam deflecting to primary care were they are not the pain specialist. Arrogant pompous....

Doctor Epstein's knowledge of the problem causing pain and solution to reduce or resolve the pain matter.

The way he explained everything I would be going through in great detail and plain enough for me to understand.

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr Epstien is thorough and straight forward. He never treated me like I just wanted drugs. That seems to be the direction many doctors have taken. He drew diagrams of where and why I am experiencing pain. He speaks clearly and honestly about my treatment and how insurance applies. I also like that he isn't too far from my home.

Very knowledgeable and caring Doctor.

Rushes through the conversation about your pain, doesn’t take the time and effort to really help his patients! Back surgery is all that he talked about! No empathy! No bedside manner!

Dr. Epstein truly cares about his patients and how he can unwind points pain in their body. He is fair and his bedside manner if top notch. His treatment of my chronic pain and insomnia along with depression helped me with make some Decisions I had put off due to my pain level.

I am not a test dummy. He recommended procedures that aren’t FDA approved for the type of condition but rather on “off-labeled” data. Scares me tremendously during my last visit. Not going back, will need to find another back doctor to address my real issues.

Today vist. I was in so munch pain he done everything to get me out of the pain.I really appreciate everything that he done for me. He is the best doctor and I will refer my family and friends.

Dr. Epstein and his staff are very professional, friendly and eager to assist or answer all my questions. They meet me with a welcome and warm greetings. Dr. Epstein is very pleasant and very thorough when explaining a procedure, before or after it is done. He makes sure that I understand all that is required before and after a procedure and I am very satisfied with the results of the treatment he has prescribed for me..

Yes what stands out for me he is not the kind of doctor that don't care and push a lot of pills on you he examine you take time to talk to you he gets CT and talk to you about your results and go from there he is not the doctor to walk in and get pills he cares about your over all health and the receptionist they or very nice it's quiet and clean and smell fresh ALLWAYS thanks doctor epstine keep doing a good job .

Dr, Epstein has given me multiple options for help with my chronic pain.
