Dr. Britten is the best! He and his staff, are very efficient, while giving each patient their time and compassionate care. Dr. Britten is Amex Ellen to surgeon. My knee feels better then I dreamed possible!

Great. Abilene is blessed to have him. If you like straight talk about your condition he is perfect. His work is at the top because he less invasive and through shorter recovery. Do not think I have set waiting loner than 7 minutes in over six appointments

I highly recommend Dr Britten! My 8 year old daughter saw Dr Britten after years of being treated by other specialists/doctors for a bump on her knee. Nobody would take it seriously or further investigate. We saw Dr Britten & by visit #3 we were discussing surgery. On 8/07/18 my daughter was undergoing what we all thought would be a cyst removal but it ended up being much worse. She was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma & had Dr Britten not taken her case serious we would still not know!He's great

Dr Britten saw my grandson in the ER with gunshot wounds to his elbow. He took care of him in the most caring, professional way I have ever seen. Dr Britten did an amazing job repairing his elbow and hopefully he will regain full use of his arm. I would recommend Dr. Britten for any Orthopedic issues you might have.
