Took Away My Knee Pain
I had major knee surgery a little over 50 plus years ago and never had very much problems for several years even when playing softball for 10 years, volley ball, tennis, and golf. In 2014, I started walking every day. In 2016, I was walking 5 miles a day until a heart attack in August. Once I built my strength back up, I was walking 3 miles a day until my knee pain got so bad in 2020, I had to quit. I dealt with my pain on a daily basis until yesterday. I had heard about Dr. Nugent and set up an appointment. They did an x-ray and showed me what was going on. Dr. Nugent has a great personality and is very thorough. He offered me three options, knee replacement surgery, pills, or a steroid shot in the knee. I chose the shot. Today is the 1st day that I have had no knee pain in several years. A little twinge maybe, but nothing like I have been living with all this time.
