Dr. Moles is an exceptional ENT specialist. I was struggling with recurring ear infections, Eustachian tube dysfunction and severe pain while flying. From my first visit the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options in detail. He is kind, compassionate and dedicated to patient care. The treatment plan has been highly effective and I have noticed a huge improvement especially when flying which used to be very painful for me. Appointments were easy to schedule and the staff is always welcoming and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Moles.

My husband has extremely bad eusta ian tubes and requires tubes to hero them open. Dr moles has taken such great care of him (And has tolerated me) for years.

Dr M’s office was clean and comfortable. I filled out my health history on an ipad before seeing him. He had reviewed my recent scans before seeing me. He thoroughly explained what my problems with my thyroid and what he recommended. I will do the surgery in six weeks. More comments after that happens. I trust his judgement.

He had sent me for a 2nd sonogram after seeing nodules in my neck. I had a disk and written results, however he was in a hurry. I sat on his uncomfortable chair for nearly an hour (having had gallbladder surgery just days before). Getting a timely appointment with him is impossible. So, I waited. He comes in with his assistant and asks me what was the problem that I wanted to discuss today. I mentioned my results and he dismissed the importance saying that it was all normal. I pointed out what I read and saw, including a 7 cm cyst, but he dismissed it, this time saying "that is a typo, they mean mm, not cm". I could not believe he said that another specialist had made a typo! The assistant showed it to him, and looking at me he says that he does not see it. He touched my neck everywhere except where it was. I never felt so invisible or unimportant in my life! He said that I can look for a second opinion if I want "from a partner in his office." And that was that.

Kept me waiting for over one hour without staff ever letting me know he was running late. Moles then spent 10 minutes with me, never solved my health issue, and billed my insurance $670. This is not medicine, it's money grubbing.

Dr. Moles was personable & friendly. He didn't rush the appointment and took time to explain everything. He listened to me and answered all my questions. He gets 5 stars from me!

I met doctor Moles on Friday July 09, 2021 he was excellent and very intelligent. My ear was blocked and he clearly explained the possibilities as well as the treatment options. It was an excellent experience. Several days later I had a question and he returned my telephone call within hours of receiving it. Dr.Moles performed surgery on me yesterday to remove a salivary gland tumor on the right side of my neck. My personal interaction with him, and his professional attention to the most minute of details is second to none, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Honestly I can not say enough anout Dr. Moles he is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met! I have been to a lot of top notch Harvard, Stanford, Yale doctors in the past few years due to Lyme disease. He absolutely surpassed my expectations in all areas! I hate going to the doctor it even gives me anxiety-not in this case he completely puts you at ease is very smart and his staff is wonderful . 100% Satisfied!!
