Great Doctor, Awesome Bedside Manner
My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Lewis ever since our PCP retired suddenly from Soundview. We based our choice on patient reviews. It was, by far, the best decision we made. Great front office staff even when the phones are ringing and the waiting room is full. Brittany, the nurse is AWESOME with taking our vitals and getting us to relax. We found Dr. Lewis to be exceptionally professional. With a wonderful friendly approach (huge smile) he is able to make a patient feel comfortable. Attentive listener. too. I grew up with 'white coat syndrome' from decades of dealing with stone-faced doctors who were on 'auto-pilot' when dealing with patients. They often dismissed patients, had attitude issues and, quite frankly, I avoided going to doctors at all costs.I didn't have a Dr. Lewis when I grew up. This is why my husband and I are so grateful that he is our PCP. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to anyone reading this review. We LOVE LOVE him and his staff!!! You will, too.

My 87 yr old father went to the office this morning to ask for a prescription for my mother who had a UTI. Office closed so he left. I call parents during snow storm to make sure all OK. Obviously not. I call Dr. Lewis service. Not enough words to explain the bad service but still no response at 8:00 tonight. I told my parents 2 years ago that this guy talks down to them but they just don’t want to start again. If you have aging parents, don’t go here. Really sad how they treat the elder

For 20yrs I have gone to Dr.Lewis. He is an excellent doctor. I always felt confident whenever I needed to call and make an appointment because of a health issue. This past year it has become almost impossible to schedule an appointment on the same day of calling him for help. He is my trusted doctor and it seems that he is the trusted doctor to many people so I cannot see him easily anymore.
