Not personalized Care
Dr. Whalen did not address my concerns and had a pre determined speech and treatment which focused on my baby “being side bent”. Without asking any questions or having a discussion she told me that she had determined my baby’s “side bend” was the issue. Before I even had a chance to talk, the visit was almost over. I finally told her my concern about the noise made during suckling. I demonstrated the noise, and her response was “oh that does sound concerning, but we don’t have time today to address that”. A follow up appointment was scheduled to address this issue, which I was unable to make due to unforeseen circumstances. I was charged the entire price of the visit anyways “per their policy”. This provider appears most focused on making a dollar.

Dr. Welham was my kids’ doctor in Spotsylvania, VA and we loved her. She is dedicated, friendly and caring. We were sad to see her move. Fond memories from the Keller’s.
