Dr. Jenny Nguyen, MD

I was not pleased. She seemed in a hurry. She told me my problems are because I am old! She repeated this when I was going out of examining room. All of her staff were professional & helpful. We have used Dr. Henderson for several years & we’re pleased with him but I preferred a female to treat my overactive bladder.

Explained my condition well. Professional. Answered my questions well. And I believe her to be a knowledgeable and excellent surgeon.

In a five-minute timespan during her visit to my father in Baptist Hospital, Dr Nguyen was profoundly combative, condescending, arrogant, and downright contemptuous. Worst bedside manner I’ve ever experienced. My father is hearing impaired, and she was wearing a mask, and he did not understand that she was a doctor. He inquired as to her identity, and she sneered that she’d TOLD him she was the doctor, and that he must have some kind of bias because she’s a female. She was abrupt, abrasive, and dismissive—was walking out the door while we were still asking questions. Simply abominable. Would give zero stars if we could.

Going to dr. Nguyen was an awful experience. She had no compassion, was rude and condescending and didn't really seem to care. She was rough with my exam. When I asked questions, she made me feel embarrassed and like I was bothering her. I would never recommend her to anyone I care about.

I really appreciate how nice and caring she was. She explained everything to me very well after my surgery and I feel she was very knowledgeable about my issues. Thanks!!!

Easy to understand, friendly, caring, knowledgeable. Speaks fluent English and Spanish. Office is in St.E outpatient building in Beaumont. All surgeries were completely successful with quick recovery time.

My first impression of Dr. Jenny Nguyen was that she was sarcastic and condescending. She introduced herself when she came in, but she wasn’t very friendly in my opinion. Depending on my test results, I may have to have another visit with her. I have read other negative reviews about her. I hope she reads them. If you want to keep patients, I suggest you change your attitude! A few days after my appointment one of the nurses called me and left a voicemail stating that I needed to come back in and redo a urine sample because the lab lost the one I did! How do you lose a urine sample?! I understand that mistakes happen, but this is very unprofessional!

She was completely rude, condescending, and aggressive in her exam. She shows ZERO compassion with the worst bed side manner I have ever experienced. If you do not care how you are treated or how your even talked to, then sure, use her….but save yourself from being shamed and find someone else.
