Don't you dare be late
I drove over 60 miles, then waited several minutes in the entrance by the stop sign for a receptionist to call me forward. By the time I was called to the desk and gave my name, I was told that I was too late, (by about 12 minutes according to my phone, and 4-5 minutes of that was waiting for a receptionist to call me up). I asked if they could make an exception considering how far I drove, so she called Dr. Lee who said no. That was very disappointing and a huge waste of time and costly gas. You would think they'd be a little more forgiving.

Dr Lee is a gem of a doctor. She cares so much about her patients and is just a warm kind person. She listens to me and works with me so that I understand my treatment. My lung doctor sent me to her and I am so glad that he did!
