I have finally found a doctor who really listens and talks WITH me about my health concerns. Also everyone who I came in contact with during my first visit was very kind and caring. The office is spotless and calming. Senior citizens will find this practice to their liking.

Dr. Griffin always listens to my concerns and makes me feel comfortable as a patient. I saw Dr. Monroe before her and was thrilled when he retired and I could go see her! Ive been with her for years now and highly recommend her to others.

I would suggest not using this doctor, she dropped a family member who had been seeing her a long time. She was only 3minutes late for an appointment and got no futher than reception desk. She was told she was immediatly dropped as a patient and any refills needed at that days visit would not be filled. This shows a gross disregard for people, when on medications long term and you are cut off without bringing the person off the meds slowly , risks seizures, even death.

My primary care physician, Dr. Monroe, retired so I coose to stay with the same clinic and chose Dr. Griffin as my new PCP. My first visit with her was coded a level 4($180) because I was new to her, even though she had a complete file of 15 years on me. All other visits I had with Dr. Monroe had been coded 2 or 3. A level 2 is $72, a level 3 is $119. When I called to inquire I was told the business mgr was out and she would call me back. Never got a call. I will no longer see Dr. Griffin!

It is VERY difficult to get anyone to call back. When the nurse finally did call back she was extremely rude. I needed a med refill but the nurse refused to fill the prescription without a med check. I went in 2 days later. As a I was paying my bill, the receptionist said they wouldn't need to see me for a year. I explained I had a physical scheduled next month. She tried to tell me the doctor had just given me a physical but she had not. I will be finding a new doctor.

I was a patient years ago and left because a student was very unprofessional. I called to come back and the clinic took me for a loop! I don't understand why their are no return calls, then when I was approved they cancelled my appointment the day of. Andy Shelly you are rude! It's sad that your doctor's office treats people that way.

She actually acts like she has a germ phobia when performing exams. What dr. cringes & stands back several feet to look at your throat when you come in for possible strep throat? On numerous occasions I have contacted her/her nurse through cox online & left messages for urgent matters & it has taken days to weeks to get back with me.After a recent medical issue I had to go to urgent care because no one in their office would help me.I will be switching doctors.Should have switched a LONG time ago!
