Dr. Jennifer is very professional, listens to my concerns, and addresses my healthcare needs. I never felt that I was rushed through my visit with her, the only issue is that it's difficult to get on her schedule.The good news is she always replies to my emails within hours.

In my 60+years, I’ve never had a doctor as wonderful as Dr. Vanyo-Novak. She is very thorough, intelligent, caring and so personable. I feel like I’m meeting with a good friend who I can depend on to help me tackle whatever problem I present at the time. I have recommended her to friends looking for a great doctor and they all agree she is a top-notch professional! She is not one to quickly write a prescription for your aches and pains, but she considers the condition of your body in the way a Naturopath would. I cannot find any faults with her; she is a treasure!

Dr Novak is fantastic. She listens carefully to all your concerns and addresses each one. She does not rush the appointment and is a very caring and thorough doctor. My wife and I are both patients of Dr Novak and feel lucky to have her as our doctor. I highly recommend her.

My wife and I are both sick and called to make an appointment as a new patient. After answering numerous questions from the scheduler we were told Dr. Novak doesn't have an opening for new patients for the next 3 MONTHS!!! I could see a wait if it's for a regular checkup, but a sick patient can't wait 3 months.
