Went in for an appointment due to an extreme amount of pain, wasn’t understanding our concerns. Just simply told us to stop using the crutch and take medicine to relieve pain. we had to really push for her to send a mri in. Just did our MRI…came back there was an issue in my leg.

If you are looking for a doctor to give you hope, or a doctor who doesn't give up on you... she is not that doctor. She tells you there is no hope and tells you to give up. Guess what? My son has done everything you said to give up on him because I DID NOT GIVE UP ON NY SON. I FOUND A REAL DOCTOR WHO DOESN'T GIVE UP ON A CHILD.Shame on you.

Dr Ty did not take the time to truly listen. She only wanted to speak and not let the patient talk. My son was in pain visibly and verbally but brushed us off. Went to another dr for a second opinion.

Dr. Jennifer TY is a Outstanding Orthopedic Doctor.. My Grand Daughter was under her care since she was 4 Days old, she had Brachial Plexus Issue. Dr. Ty was head on about this baby situation, even though she sent us to Shriners for follow up care, but she was very knowledgeable about everything, and was able to tell us everything that was wrong and in addition she sent us to a good team of Doctors that was able to perform two surgeries in one, now my grand baby is not in that agonizing pain anymore. Finally Butter Cups is in the Recovery stage of her healing, she is 10 months old now. Thank you Dr. Ty we appreciate everything you have done for us, with out you being here for Butter Cups and the family I don't know what would we have done..

I should’ve checked her reviews before scheduling. She could careless about your child being in pain. Her focus is on anything broken. Clearly there are other factors besides broken bones. She’s rude and condescending. Told my son to run and pick up the pace despite him telling her she’s in pain. Then literally punches the area where he’s aching. She had the audacity to ask him why he didn’t go to school because apparently pain isn’t valid enough for her.

My son had a motocross injury and broke his elbow a few years ago. It was a nasty break that required (1) long screw that went the entire length of the elbow and (1) small screw. The surgery went great. A year later he had the long screw removed. Both surgeries were done by Dr. Ty. She was awesome!! She answered all of questions. She was professional from start to finish. A truly top notch Surgeon!! My son's elbow healed perfectly. We would recommend her highly.

Dr Ty collaborated with our family on the decision to operate or not. She took our point of view and concerns about future athletic participation seriously. Dr Ty was considerate of our daughter's pain level and spoke directly to her regarding how she feels. I would highly recommend her.

Felt that Dr Ty did not focus on my daughter's injury nor did she care about her pain. After waiting all this time to finally see the her, with an MRI in hand with objective findings, we were eager to finally get some kind of resolution and she doesn't even care or listen. Would not recommend her to anyone.

I did not feel like doctor took my son's injury serious and she totally downplayed his disability and made the seem like he was lying about being in pain.
