It was a last minute appointment due to a health problem discovered during pre-op procedure. Dr Tom took the time to research my condition and consult with two cardiologist’s before determining her advice for me and my condition. I love the openness she showed me as well as her concern fit my well being. I’m very comfortable with the advice she gave me and plan on using her as my primary care physician. She and her entire team are the type of health care professionals we all need.

Dr. Tom is a fantastic listener. She talked with me at length about the issues I was experiencing and the treatment. Afterwards she followed up on the phone many times and adjusted the treatment as needed.

Condescending attitude (as if her degree means she's smarter than you are, sorry but I have an advanced degree too), total failure to listen to concerns, childish notes in chart... avoid at all costs.
