Dr Sun listens and very caring.
I had appointments and 5 minute wait, to be seen. She reads your charts and listens to your concerns. Excellent care and I trust her

Dr. Sun has been a great GP. She always listens intently and I never feel rushed. She clearly explains the "why" behind the diagnosis, and what the next steps are if something doesn't get better. Values privacy of her patients as well, knocking and waiting for someone to answer before coming in to the room. Sometimes scheduling can be a hassle, but if you live close by I've always been able to get an appointment for urgent things quickly enough.

No due to the staff being rude and not disclosing how they can help me i.e., letting me know that they have virtual appointments and also mean spirited.

Dr. Sun was wonderful, she explained everything she was doing, what tests she was running and why, and was very empathetic. Referrals were easy and extremely helpful. -1 because another member of my family went to see her and said the medical assistant was very rude and unhelpful during their appointment.

I am not yet a long-time patient of Dr. Jennifer SUN but she has already made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Sun is a great primary care physician because she actually listens to what I am trying to convey. She puts much thought and consideration for the patient into the treatment process.. My husband recently changed his PCP to Dr. Sun based on the excellent care I have thus far received. Dr. Sun practices alone but she still gives enough time to treat everyone with good care.

Dr. Sun has been my primary doctor for over three years. I can honestly say she is the best doctor I have ever had; She is patient...she actually listens...and thoroughly explains any and all diagnoses, treatments, medications and referrals. A genuinely caring and capable doctor who treats her patients with respect and dignity. One in a million.

Dr. Sun's bedside manner is so comforting and refreshing. Her care and concern is legitimate and knowledgeable. I drive over 30 miles to see her and it's totally worth it! No regrets!

×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Sun?
Dr. Sun is great. It's always easy to make appointments, even same day. My favorite thing is that she doesn't overbook! There's never a ridiculous wait. Myself, my husband, and my daughter all go to Dr. Sun. My only complaint would be that some of the office staff aren't very friendly, but even then its not like they're rude or do a bad job, that's just their personality. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Sun.

This doctor is the worst primary care doctor I ever had. I went to take a physical exam, but she just checked my heart rate and told me to make another appointment for the physical I showed up for. She rushed me and didn't give me detailed answers when I asked some questions. She mistakenly ordered my prescription pill and never apologized me.
