Called office two days in a row telling them I really needed appointment I was so sick, but they refused! I had dry heaves, diarrhea and severe stomach cramps for 1 week. I told them I know I was dehydrated but they could care less. I finally had to go to Total Access and they were very caring and wonderful. They gave me two units of saline and was told I was really dehydrated. Will never go back, why would I go there if I can’t get appointment when I’m sick. The nurse who I was talking to was very very rude and could have cared less!

I started going to her in 2017 for my regular check ups. She was easy going and very helpful. Explaining things to me where I was able to understand her (without Doctor/Medical language).

I'm no longer a patient of Dr Snyder's, when only needed routine care , she was ok. But when I got really sick, 3 ER & 1 admit in 3 months for vomiting 50 lb weight loss, excessive fatigue she was no use. Admit from ER was a joke, put in for test, got settled in room & nurse tells me I shouldn't be there, can't have test ordered because had barium in ER. Dr Snyder knew we had just discussed results. Changed a $200 ER copay into >$5000 hospital bill & sent home less than 2hr. She's? reckless.

I had to go to Dr. Snyder because my previous Cox doc changed practices. I initially was not enthusiastic about seeing her (I knew nothing about her; she was a youngster and a DO; I'm an old guy), but had to because I really had no other choice. I really like her, though. She is bright and engaging; she is rational in the sense that she is not going to order a battery of tests you don't really need; she is not going to push you into treatments without careful consideration. She listens well.

My husband has cancer (and an oncologist) but still needs a PCP. He has been with this office for at least a couple years, yet every time he gets sick we get routed to urgent care or ER. In fact, I called the office several weeks ago and still haven't heard back. We ended up getting the chest x-ray that was needed order by his pulmonologist. We get the feeling that this office wants to put off dealing with people who are sick and prefer to just do yearly physicals on well people.

Had an appointment for a pap. She & staff tried to talk me out of the pap b/c I had one the year before. I stated I still wanted it. I then had to wait for almost an hour for an exam room to come available (remind you I had an appointment for this). While she was washing her hands post pap she looked at me & said, "I can already tell the results will be normal." When they were not & I was referred for a colposcopy she never even called to tell me anything! The place I was referred to called me!

I made an appt because I am having kidney problems, gall bladder problems, pain when I move my eyes, blurry vision, numbness in my right leg and extreme muscle pain. It took over a month for to get an appt to see Dr. Snyder. I switched providers to get this appt. I was 5 minutes late. I was not able to see the doctor. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and demanded to know what my excuse was. I was offered an appointment 25 days from today. The office looks clean. Don't be late!
