Dr. Jennifer Smith, MD

The office personnel was friendly, the wait time for my first appointment was about 25 minutes but in her defense, she was delivering a baby so I’m completely okay with that. My second appointment the wait time was less than 10 minutes in the waiting room and even less waiting for her to come in. The visits were very “uncomfortable” only in the sense that I was a new patient and not very fond of that kind of appointment. Dr Smith talked through every single thing she was doing and really was patient and understanding. Never once did I feel like she was rushing around and didn’t have time for my questions. She is very respectful and knowledgeable; I am very confident in her diagnosis and her ability to provide the best care possible.

I've found Dr. Smith to be extremely personable, knowledgeable and patient. She takes her time with during each visit to thoroughly explain everything, and she is also very patient in answering questions. My young adult daughters also see her, and have had the same experiences. She talks them through every new procedure and makes sure they're comfortable with what is happening before she proceeds. She is careful to answer all questions fully. The staff is friendly and helpful in person. The only thing I've seen that needs improvement is I have experienced a few instances of lack of follow-through by office staff. I have had issues getting messages returned, prescriptions sent, and also with expediency of contact after my records were transferred to this practice.

I switched to Dr. Smith due to my previous OBGYN retiring. I didnt actually meet her until I found out I was pregnant, but I am SO happy! She is very friendly, knowledgable, and compassionate. The delivery of my first child was very relaxed and I trusted her wholeheartedly throughout my whole pregnancy. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love her, would recommend her. She make sure to spend time with each patient and not rush. She is relaxed and calm very friendly. She delivered my son. I had to have an emergency dnc after his birth do to complications she made me feel at ease.

Highly recommend, got an appointment the next day, the office was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and caring and took the time to listen and answer questions.

Dr. Anderson herself is phenomenal. I would recommend her again and again. The friendliness of her office staff and environment, however, is sub par. You have to pay for parking even though you're a patient because their practice doesn't participate in the parking tokens program. Also, their office is ALWAYS running 20-25 minutes behind. The only reason I come back is because of Anderson-Smith.
