She extracted all my wisdom teeth (3) and other (8) damaged ones. She was very quick, gave me extra anesthesia because one of them did hurt a bit as she was trying to extract, she was very nice and professional, gave me all instructions I needed to get and kept me confident as I was scared to go through it. All her assistants also were very pleasant and professional. They all did an amazing job. Definitely I am suggesting her to everyone I know

I have tooth pain and was given an appointment right away on a Friday. The office staff were very understanding. I had to be referred to a specialist and they made the appointment for me to be seen the next business day. I was prescribed medicine for the pain to get me through the weekend. I am so thankful.

Dr. Smith Williams is extremely passive aggressive, lacks compassion, and displays laziness. There was such a lack of communication that I had no idea what type of anesthesia I was receiving until right before my surgery. I had planned to get all four wisdom teeth out, and in the MIDDLE of my surgery asked my mother and I if we could just do two and schedule the rest for another time, which we refused. My father who was in the waiting room also told us that she had walked out and asked the receptionist to cancel her afternoon appointments because she “didn’t feel like working past one”. When I was nervous about my surgery, she did absolutely nothing to help calm me down, and in fact made it worse with passive aggressive comments, and said nothing to me when my surgery ended, just walked out of the room. I will not be returning to her for any future dental problems, and do not recommend her for future patients.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth out, 2 which were impacted and I had a great experience! She is Very amazing, gentle & great at explaining things. Her staff are also very gentle and very knowledgeable. I healed so quickly! Thank you!

I just had 3 extractions done by this butcher, it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Her bed side manners are terrible, she had zero compassion for me and she rolled her eyes everything I complained of pain. There was no connection between her and I. She treated me like an animal and when she was done torturing me she walked out without talking to me and just went on to the next patient. I would never ever go back to see this woman, you can tell she hates her job.
