Is overcharging by coding to insurance as "diagnostic" for a "preventative" procedure. There were no symptoms involved, and no treatment afterward. Stuck me with a several hundred dollar invoice for a yearly procedure that's always covered. Never again.

I love Dr. Sinclair. I found her to be compassionate, knowledgeable, thorough and very approachable. She spent time with me diagnosing, examining and testing. I so appreciated that I got to speak to her prior to my procedure and after she actually sat with me and explained what was done and what to expect. Thank you Dr. Sinclair.

Dr. J. Sinclair is an excellent professional and compassionate doctor! She is the first doctor in a long time to sit down and take her time to listen to all your medical concerns. She was very polite, and took her time in your treatment. If you want someone to be proactive in your health care, and responds without delay, she is the one!! She follows through with without delay!

A year ago I went to this office in Blacksburg VA seeking help I have had continuous pain, bowel issues, and more for a long time. Took 3 months to get this appointment, almost hour in waiting room, and less than 5 minutes the doctor immediately said IBS. I told them I wanted to get checked for SIBO they didn't want too, I strongly said I need to get this checked, please. So after begging them to get a test, again waiting for a few weeks on that I was POSTITIVE. So, that means I should get on antibiotics, well a week into the prescription I realized they gave me the wrong antibiotics should be Rifaximin. I confronted them on that and they said we didn't think your insurance would pay for it. I begged them to call the insurance which they finally did and got on the CORRECT antibiotics. ONE SIZE fits all approach. Will not be going back due to I need a doctor that will listen, learn, build a relationship with client, have knowledge, and want to help others.

No. I would not recommend Dr. Sinclair to anyone. She treated my husband at the practice she was at before in Blacksburg, Va . He was having a lot of stomach issues and he had been treated by her for several years and she never helped him. After she left the team continued to try and help him but they kept putting him off saying there wasn't anything wrong. We kept telling them there was. He was very sick and losing weight. We had to beg them to run tests. We have insurance so that was not a problem. We finally begged them to refer him to Duke Hospital. They kept putting us off on that as well. I finally made the appointment myself and then they finally sent the referral. Before we could get to the appointment he became very dehydrated and jaundiced. He lost 10 lbs in one week. My husband is a very outgoing person but he did not leave the house for a solid week and became very weak. I drove him one morning to ER at Duke which is 3 hrs from our home. They admitted him to the hospital.

The visit was informational. Dr. Sinclair provided information for me to move forward with treatment.

Dr. Sinclair took the time to listen to my concerns and to discuss each with me. I appreciate the time she spent with me and the guidance she provided.

I had a great experience with my office visit. My time spent waiting was very short, and Dr. Sinclair was quite thorough in answering all of my questions. She gave me a diet to try.

From the moment Dr. Sinclair walked into the exam room, I could tell she was more than other Drs I have encountered. Dr. Sinclair looked me in the eyes and listened. She listened to me until I was through explaining what was going on with me. Then she looked at some things my family Dr. had sent her and came back into the room with a plan.. It was an immediate plan of action not just "well try this and come back". I very much appreciate her kindness and concern for me overall. She is awesome.

Ive been a patient of Dr. Sinclair for 5 years now, here office staff and her welcomed me with kindness and just pure respect that i needed during my time of medical needs. Ive always could call and they knew me just by me saying my name and also helped me with whatever i was calling about. So if your looking for a wonderful doctor she is the one, i know cause ive been sobor for 5yrs and my liver is working again with her help of medications and test that i have needed! Ya'll rock!!! :)

Dr. Sinclair is a very sweet and well knowledged dr. She listens to your every need and plans a treatment plan just for you. I recommend her to everyone.

She is the most awesome, caring and compassionate provider that I have seen. She is very concerned about her patients and obtaining appts is very fast and simple. Her staff of providers, nurses and front desk and administrative staff are very nice and make your experience a pleasure.

Dr. Jennifer Sinclair has performed both Colonoscopies that I have had. She was recommended to me by my D.O., who understood that I am rather resistant to any "invasive" procedures. I believe in PREVENTIVE medicine; he overcame my objections. He thought I would appreciate her skill and "bedside manner". I definitely appreciate her positive upbeat personality. She is informative and open to discussion of my needs; this promotes trust. I really appreciate that in ANY health care professional!

She took the time to explain all about the surgery and ask if I had any questions or worries. After surgery, she explained everything to me. She is a really good doctor.

She was nice enough. Seemed though she knew what she was talking about. But I have had to wait over an hour in the waiting room every time I have seen her. I understand being a little late or notifying me that she was running behind. But no one said anything to me and over an hour late is ridiculous.
