Would not recommend ever.
This doc is a pain management doctor with an awful bedside manner. I had chronic LBP waited 6 weeks to see her and could barely walk. I saw her to obtain medicine to relieve my pain until I could see a PT specialist. She treated me as if I was there for narcotics. Yet, offered no relief and no injections because she could not bill ins. on the same day as a consult. I would have paid out of pocket, but I did not think to suggest as I was in such pain. She wanted me to wait 1 more for an epidural injection in the site of my pain which she said may not work. The RX prescribed (not for pain) conflicted with my history. It gave me low blood pressure and made me faint. I had a follow up and asked for a trigger point injection over the epidural and she wrote me off. Wrote incorrect notes in my chart and would not explain my MRI findings unless I booked another consultation. Horrible experience multiple times with a doctor who has no compassion at all.

Excellent and caring
Dr Jennifer always asks patients how they are doing with a smile and listens, giving you plenty of time. She explains everything and tries to do all injections with as little discomfort as possible. The staff is very nice also. I would recommend her highly. I've been seeing her for over 5 years.

I love this doctor. The staff is very friendly and informative. Dr. Jennifer is the best. She listens to my concerns and focuses on making me better. I am so blessed to be able to find a doctor such as her in her field that is dedicated to her patients. Her staff is amazing. Thank you Kevin, Paul, and Leah for all your handwork and keeping a smile on the patient's faces. I have recommended this office to all my family and friends.

Beware of Billing Practices
I was a patient of Dr.Saylanar’s for the treatment of migraines using injections . I have gotten the procedure done by 5 different doctors since my diagnosis. Everyone but Dr.Saylanar does this as an office visit. Dr.Saylanar does it as a hospital visit. You go through the same door in her office and it is not made clear that it is now a hospital visit. You get the exact same procedure as with any other doctor, but the bill is MUCH BIGGER. If you see her you will have to pay the full cost ($1700) until you meet the deductible. Her office is not upfront about this and is not quick about billing. I only found out after my second treatment with her. They are aware that this costs their patients more money and are not changing the way they administer this treatment. I would not recommend her as a doctor. If you have to go to her keep your guard up and call your insurance company to check costs before proceeding with anything she recommends.

dr. sayanlar needs people skills . she never asks how you are or if everything is ok during and after a procedure , she only seems interested in giving you injection procedures otherwise has no interest in you as a patient , she only has her assistant do follow-up calls , she is one of the WORST physicians i have ever meet

Dr. Sayanlar truly cares about her patients. She listens to everything you say and unlike many doctors, remembers details about you without having to refer to "notes" in your chart when you come back for follow up visits. She is a wonderful doctor and I am so happy to have her on my medical team.
