I have been a patient of Dr Saurette since she started practicing medicine in Tyler. I trust her and feel she always has my best health in mind. When she told me she was moving, I told her I was going with her!!! So, with there being many doctors in Tyler, I will drive 45 miles to see the best dr. I trust and love Dr Saurette.

I see Dr. Saurette every six months for checkups. She is caring, warm, and always listens to any concerns I might have with a smile on her face. She loves her job and it shows! She answers any questions I ask and she is so knowledgeable. Dr. Saurette has been my primary Doctor for a long time, and I will continue to see her for all my health needs as long as she is in practice!

I didn't know until Dr. Saurette set me up to take a test, that my coronary arteries have too much calcium built up in them. Now she is helping me fend off symptoms and, presumably, an early death.

Dr. Saurette takes her time with you, she is very knowledgeable and a fantastic physician.

Dr. Saurette has been such a blessing to our family. She is thorough, incredibly smart, kind and compassionate. She called us on a Sunday evening after we lost our Dad to cancer. I love Dr. Saurette. She takes the time to listen to you and is a great doctor. I am not very happy with either of her nurses though. They are both rude, especially the phone nurse. She needs to hire friendlier nurses.

I've found it impossible to speak to Dr. Saurette for any question regarding test results or medication. The nurse is rude and had hung up on us multiple times. Also, it took 2 months to get the doctor to submit a pre-authorization to my insurance for a medication that she prescribed.
