Dr. Jennifer Saenz, DO

Went for an annual physical 2023. At UCONN Primary Care. My Dr of 20 years retired so this is a new young Dr. She barely listened to my heart and didn't ask for enhanced breaths for lung sounds. Didn't look at my pupils, didn't look in my mouth or throat at all! I layed back for half a second, while she barely tapped my belly. Never felt my thyroid after I told her family history of thyroid disease! What do you call that? Is that an annual physical these days?

I am very impressed with Martin Memorial Family Care in Hobe Sound, especially transitioning from Cleveland Clinic Executive Health Care (Cleveland, OH and Weston, FL) which sets a very high standard that most medical settings can not match. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and practice manager Tammy. The nurse was Diana and she was very friendly and had a disarming way about her which made the visit feel very comfortable. Dr. Jennifer Saenz is a top-notch physician and is very thorough. She is very proactive and takes the time to know the patient. The practice uses MyChart and I recommend that all patients use this to maximize their experience. I have used the MyChart App to obtain all my test results and email the practice. The email response is very prompt. I recommend this practice and Dr. Saenz for her responsive follow-up and overall concern for the patient.

My husband and I had Dr. Hicks Saenz for our Doctor in Michigan and you could not ask for a more caring Doctor then her, we loved her. She took the time and would listen to you not in a rush to get to another patient.

made appt 1yr ago she cancelled my wife & I 4 days before appt. rescheduled for this week arriveds @ office ,was told appt was cancelled would not trust this dr again. will go elseware
