Amazing! Very thorough
Dr. Russo is always incredibly thorough during our visits. She really listens to me. She helped diagnose my brother’s melanoma and got him seen by a specialist quickly. She always takes my concerns into consideration and answers my questions. I recommend her to everyone I know who is looking for a doctor.

Dr. Russo is empathetic and always ensures that I understand my options for treatment so that I'm making the decision over my care. I especially appreciate how she explains things in a kind way and so that I understand.

For the first time in a long time, I left my appointment with my doctor feeling heard and respected. Dr. Russo listened to all of my concerns and my questions. She was very respectful and I never felt rushed. (Ive never had a doctor spend over an hour with me for a physical.) She took the time to ask questions to get to the source of a problem and is taking proactive measures which is something I appreciate. I have already recommended Dr. Russo to many of my friends.

Dr. Russo is a very poor excuse for a physician. She has absolutely no compassion for those dealing with the stresses of being a Cancer survivor. She is argumentative and when simply asked to continue a script from previous PCP, she made me sign a pain agreement and take a urine test. Even when that test came back negative, she was extremely difficult to deal with.None of the staff enjoy her as a human being. They relished that she was out on maternity leave and weren't happy when she returned.
