She’s awesome! Always helpful and listens

She does not communicate with her patience and when you do see her she immediately wants to push you off to a nurse practitioner. She does not have the compassion to be in this business

My experience has been horrible. I have had to fight every step of the way to get responsive care. I had to request blood tests (for a physical!), had to persistently follow up for almost a month to get a referral for my MRI, and am STILL battling the insurance preauthorization they screwed up filing. Doctor spends almost no time in the room and seems to be running down a standard list of steps instead of actually listening to their patient. Front office staff is unresponsive and has screwed up multiple things. Makes me not trust doctors at all.

I went because my hand was hurting dr said its because of my overweight she said I am sending you to nutrition to see what other options I said I don’t want surgery she said no it’s to see what other options you have so I went to the appointment it turners out they only do surgery and I don’t even have the weight when I call Dr Roberts she didn’t even answer my phone call till a week later and said I missed understood you

Kind, compassionate. Overall an outstanding doctor that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Poor bedside manner. I think people need to be comfortable with there doctor. There’s a lot to be said for showing a bit of niceness and compassion. I didn’t reschedule with her after my first appointment.

While nice enough, the care my husband received was unacceptable. My husband saw her following a fall and diagnosis of concussion. Then further severe symptoms manifested...an immediate appointment with Dr. Kelly...was told to just go home and rest. 3 weeks later, emergency surgery for bilateral subdural hematomas. Evidence of old bleed was evident. Would have been prudent and easy for her to recommend a CT to see what was going on...but that was not the case. Totally misdiagnosed this. Was negligent at best...would have cost her nothing to refer him for a CT to make sure everything was okay. Definitely would not recommend.

The doctor works very hard to keep on schedule which is greatly appreciated. She listen to concerns and recommends solutions, facilitating specialists as required. I have been a patient almost since she joined the practice and have seen her grow in experience and confidence. The only concern I have is the back office support gets overwhelmed. Calling in for an appointment most times requires a 5-10 wait and getting referral paperwork can take a week or more.

Dr. Roberts-Kelly has been my doctor for about a year. She is a young (new) physician, and I've found her eager to learn more and on top of the latest trends in medicine. She's compassionate and a good listener, and never makes me feel rushed. She's thorough in her approach and very good at explaining things in a way that I understand without being condescending. I feel she's truly interested and cares. Sometimes there's a wait when you call the office, but the staff are kind and efficient.

Being new to the area, with several chronic conditions that need monitoring, finding Dr. Roberts-Kelly has been a godsend! She is patient, a good listener and willing to work with me to find alternative medication and/or treatments for all my medical conditions. I love her & would not hesitate to recommend her as a family physician or primary care doctor. She is the most compassionate Dr. I have had in at least 30 years! She rocks.

I found Dr. Roberts-Kelly to be an outstanding physician. She listens and gives excellent feedback. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very relaxed. I have honestly not had a more caring and concerned doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts-Kelly.
