Unprofessional
I had been going to Dr. Robert’s since 2015 for acne. I recently started a harsh treatment that was going to be a 6 month process (Acutane), for my second time. She stopped me in the middle of my treatment due to an appointment missed that I did not schedule, not to mention it was a virtual appointment at that. I was dropped as a patient for missing 3 appointments over 9 years. They brought up an appointment I had missed in 2017, 8 years ago. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend.

I’m so disappointed
I went in just wanting to have some age spots removed for a cost of two hundred which she did. She wanted to send in a sample for testing which I did not want, because they are very common to me and my family. Now I have another two hundred bill. I spoke with her staff who did not care if I wanted the testing done or not just wants the money. They say a doctor is only as good as their staff. Well her staff is making her look like she has no other concern other than money.

I have been seeing Dr. Roberts for several years. She is knowledgeable about my skin care but her bedside manner borders on rude. I go for an annual check-up. Last year I felt she dismissed some of my questions and was in a big hurry. I thought maybe she was running behind and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I saw her first thing this morning and she was no different. She couldn’t get in and out of there fast enough. I timed her. There was no chit chat, she gave me 6 minutes of her time. She might call that efficiency, but she makes me feel like she has no interest in me as her patient. I will find another doctor.

Awesome Dermatologist Doctor- she is the BEST!
I have been going to Dr. Roberts for several years now... she is EXCELLENT, she takes her time to explain everything, she has found several skin cancers on me and took care of them and i go for annual skin exams and she is always very thorough and so pleasant. She is one of my FAVORITE physicians and I recommend everyone to HER! And, her office staff is ALWAYS very nice as well. Great experience every time and its appreciated.

I received one call from this office nearly three years after my last office visit stating that I had a past due balance and that they would be sending me to collections after this "final courtesy call." When I requested more information about past attempts at contact, the employee on the phone became short and rude. I was also not offered any type of receipt or confirmation of payment after paying the balance. I see through reviews that I am not the only person to deal with this. Bill your patients in a timely manner, make honest attempts at contact, and adjust your attitude.

Very rushed, hard to remember what all you want to discuss ... feel like two minutes might be too much of their time.

Not great, rushed exam, I felt like she wasn't concerned about me. Like she has no desire to treat senior citizens. Then months later a lady at church asked for the name of a skin specialist and another person said I thought you went to one in Norman. She said she had but she wasn't comfortable with the exam and wanted a second opinion. She felt the doctor rush her and wasn't interested in senior citizens. Yes, we went to the same person! We both went in 2018, and in 2020 I received another bill from this office the receptionist said they had trouble with their billing system? For two years? I asked for someone to call me, never got that call. Received another bill and the woman said you have to pay. She said pay it $5. a month, before it goes to collections. Would not recommend nor would I ever return to her.

She was nice at first I guess. But this last visit she was being kinda rude. Like she was annoyed with me cause my skin was dry??? In winter??? I promise I’ve been moisturizing my skin just gets dry very easily. She then asked me if I still had a facial wash she prescribed to me almost a year ago. I told her no, since it didn’t help and she told me herself to throw it out. She then told me that I probably shouldn’t have done that (YET YOU TOLD ME TOO!). In the end she sent over two new items for my acne. One was like What I had now expect “it wouldn’t dry me out” if that’s the case why didn’t you just prescribe me that in the first place? Turns out my insurance wouldn’t cover it so I had to call them back to see if I could get something else sent. They took my name and number and told me a nurse would call me back. Never got a call. Just go somewhere else, all she does is guess. I’ve been my skin looks worse since going to her.

I visited Doctor Roberts yesterday for an odd spot on my back. Dr. Roberts assured me it was not skin cancer but offered to freeze it if it was a bother. I said yes. She was very thorough and did a full body check. I had a few concerns with other isdues. She addressed each one. I now have Rx jn hand to treat two. I couldn't be more pleased. In addition, the staff is pleasant. the practice is very busy but I had her full attention during our consult and treatment.

Had a 2 month wait to get my teenage daughter in for acne. Was prescribed a topical foam that we had to call a pharmacy in Texas for. Before I even got home an hour later the pharmacy had called twice. They told me it'd take 2 days for an answer for insurance pre authorization...a week later now and they say it may take another week. I can see on Google they deny it. She told my daughter to take 300mg zinc sulfate....even taking with food she's been balled up on the floor stomach pain and nausea

My visit with Dr. Roberts was wonderful. She was very kind, patient, answered all of my questions, and I didn't wait even five minutes in the room to see her. She spent enough time with me to explain my skin care concerns and issues thoroughly and she was not in a rush. I will recommend her to my family and friends. Being her patient was a very comforting and safe experience.
