I have been in & working in the medical field for 36 years. Dr Reimer is a physician that sets herself apart BY FAR from the evolving business driven practice of medicine so common today. Dr Reimer is deserving of your trust & confidence, as she was a Godsend to me. I found myself in medical crisis, she took the reigns and within weeks I regained medical stability.The non-clinical staff and all the Physicians & Practitioners in the office are amazing as well. They are all intentive, punctual, kind-hearted and the practice is unparalleled to many. Both my husband and I are patients of Dr Reimer. We love that she is very attentive and answer all our questions and concerns that we have about our health now that we are getting older. When we are there for our office visits, she takes time to make us feel that she is looking out for the both of us. Her friendliness towards us and her concern for our health is very important when it comes to finding someone you can count on.

I’ve been a patient of this practice for quite some time. Since they grew and affiliated themselves with Hackensack Meridian, the service and care has gone down the tubes. In two separate occasions, when I was really sick, I was turned away and told to go to urgent care. I would like to know why I have a primary physician if I cannot see them. The staff is rude and unprofessional have spoken to me like a child. I am forced at this time to find another primary physician. I will not be returning to his practice.

Office staff extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Reimer is my favorite Dr ever. Very thorough, explains everything in great detail, very compassionate and knowledgeable.

The staff were rude. Hackensack Meridian should review their offices to assure patient satisfaction is maintained. My appointment was confirmed multiple times. When arriving at the office I was spoken to like a child. I was told I needed to reschedule. I will never step foot in that office again.

Dr Reimer is better than any endocrinologist I’ve ever gone to. She took my A1C which was at 11.2 and told me if I followed her plan I’d be under 8.0 in a year. 6 months later I was at 7.5 and continuing to lower it every day. No crazy diet. No excruciating restrictions. No exercise mandate. Just great meds, total support and fantastic advice. I love her and will never go to anyone else-even if I have to pay out of pocket!

Dr. Reimer and her staff have been there for me from the start since she became my PCP via referral. In the past, I have had other doctor's who would be done with me in minutes and were not personal. They made me feel as if I was just another person coming in and rushed out for them to make money with no in depth service. Dr. Reimer finally changed that. She takes the time with me during each appointment, is patient, answers all my questions -- but what I like most is she is one step ahead and proactive with responses to my current conditions. She + her wonderful staff who assist me with prescription fills etc. with my ongoing health situation make me feel as if they are there for me and always friendly and available - not as if I am inconveniencing them like I have experienced in the past. I am so thankful that I was referred to her as she has made a major difference in my progress in dealing with my current health problems.

My mother has been a patient of Dr. Reimer's since 2019. Dr. Reimer has taken excellent PCP care of my mom since she transferred to her office. Dr. Reimer provides above and beyond, personal, human care and takes the time out when needed to listen and help navigate thru various health situations. Between COVID and my mom's current situation of battling leukemia and now a bone marrow transplant recovery, Dr. Reimer has been consistent and proactive in collaborating with the Cancer Center to make sure her preexisting conditions and medications are managed properly. If you want a passionate, caring PCP, I highly recommend Dr. Reimer.

She is the worst Dr I've ever had, unnecessary tests, wrong prescriptions, the office is run like a walmart ,i got the feeling right away she is only interested in money with all of the unnecessary tests and referrals, do yourself a favor and find a real doctor, not a computer doctor, who doesn't know who you are until she checks her computer one-word horrible practice

Dr Reimer is absolutely amazing! She takes her time, listens, and makes sure all your questions and concerns are addressed! There are not many physicians like her. I one million times recommend her to anyone in need of a primary physician. I am a provider myself and appreciate her level of knowledge and professionalism!

I was a patient of Dr. Reimer’s for about 5 years. She seems to be great in the beginning because she talks so much but as the years go by you realize that she is just speaking about herself, not about you, the patient. She is a slave to the computer. Has to check off all of the boxes for Meridian Health Care and order unnecessary tests. She is late to every appointment. I was there for over 2 hours for my last annual appointment because I waited nearly an hour and then she insisted that I had to have an EKG because I had just turned 50. The office is disorganized. They sent me for PT without a script, I asked them about script before I left office & they told me that, no, a script was not needed for PT. The first thing the PT office asks me for is a script. I thought that I would scream. She may personally be a nice person but I don’t need a friend, I need a competent doctor.

I have been going to Dr. Reimer for years and I can literally say she helped save my life. Dr. Reimer always takes the time to talk to her patients and truly listens, which is how she finds things overlooked my other physicians. I would highly recommend her and will always be grateful to her.

Dr Reimer is very thorough and very interested in my health and well-being, she is a fantastic doctor!

I consistently felt bullied by Dr. Reimer and her staff. I did not feel as if I received proper care which was confirmed by specialists and a new internist. The staff was not professional in day to day dealings and provided incorrect insurance information.

Dr. Reimer is one of the best doctors I’ve ever had! I stumbled upon her when I was really sick in 2012 and I’m so happy that I decided to go to her. She has been my saving grace! I have a very complicated case with my disability, spine, nervous system, depression, and she has also been there for me to guide me to the right doctors. I don’t know what I would do without her! She really cares about your wellbeing, and she is so compassionate and doesn’t treat you like a number. She takes her time and is so thorough with each and every visit! Ocean Medical- Meridian Medical Group has a great doctor and provides excellent care through Dr. Jennifer Reimer. I am fifty seven years old. At this time I have a doctor and professional care staff who give me confidence that all medical concerns I have (and related medical issues) are treated in a context in which my "whole person" is being considered and cared for. I find Dr. Reimer to be very intelligent, professional and kind and know I can trust her as a diagnostician considering all my health and medical needs. I take several medications from different providers (ureo-gynecologist, endo-chronologist, psychiatrist, gastro, gynecologist and so on...) and Dr. Reimer treats me with a holisitic approach. Dr. Reimer is such a great listener and her deliberative approach/treatment of me inspires confidence that I will be healthier in her care and the care of her dedicated, professional staff. Dr. Reimer is an AMAZING provider who literally SAVED MY LIFE!! Identified a problem that turned out to be cancer, set me up with the best specialist around and I now in great help. Dr. Reimer is incredibly thorough, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and through. Always takes the time to actually sit down and speak with me...this creates a wait sometimes, but I’m willing to wait to know I will receive the same level of care when I am seen. I recommend her to everyone I meet!

Dr Reiner is Family to us. She went with her gut and expertise getting my mom to the right specialist and in fact, saving her life. I listen to all she says because she knows what’s right and keeps me on track. She doesn’t leave you until all has been reviewed and questions answered.
