Best Primary Care Physician EVER!
I had Dr. Pothen for the last 3 years and she is the best Primary Care Physician I ever had. She is kind and compassionate and took very good care of me when my husband was ill and dying. She has recently moved to NY State and I will miss her very much.

The team from the front desk to the exam room are very professional. Highest regards to the person who has an appointment. Dr. Pothen gives empathy and compassion to her patients. A true medical protocol for patient care.

She isnt the best doctor. She is a nice lady. She likes to mis diagnose and then tell you she never said it..she told me i had lung cancer and it metastasized. I lost it when she told me and had to go to spychiatric services as emergency immediately. She then turned around and said she never said it yet the cancer diagnosis followed me for another year. She then left united family and children services mary lord in norwich. Just be careful she is a guesser..

DR. Pothen Is a kind caring person and a great doctor. I'm so glad that I found her. She is very deciated to her patience as long as you don't mind getting calls late at night. If you have something wrong she will get to the bottom of it or send you to someone that can. I have recommended her to many people.
