Her staff gets her the one star!
I've been a patient of doctor McNear for the past 3-4 years. I enjoyed (her) services up until 3 months ago when I was having chest pain and went to the ER. Afterwards I called Dr McNeir's office and left several messages which none was returned. I call today 3 months later to have a prescription refilled and left a message about needing a refill. The ER doctor had upped my dosage of metoprolo (whiched helped) and again I have not gotten a response. I called again and the receptionist became rude to me about not giving them enough time to return my call. I've only waited 3 months for them to return my call. I feel like I've been very patient with them but I do feel that I need to find myself a cardiologist with a better staff!

Wonderful doctor and very knowledgeable in her field. Complete faith in her ability as a physician. She is kind and compassionate. Would recommend her for a cardiologist. Only issue is receptionist, had heart attack and stints and was to see Dr McNear within 10 days of being released from hospital. Next appointment is in 2 months. That's not doing to work for me. No wiggle room. I'm still trying to get a appointment.

Awesome doctor. But front desk receptionist is not friendly or helpful. Don't expect a warm welcome. But doctor and nurses are wonderful. Evans Office.
