Dr. lin is my primary doctor for closed to 20 years. She has always treated me with the upmost respect. I am a active person who enjoys a lot of sports in which caused many injuries. My health suffer due chronic pain, high blood pressure, glucose. When i started seeing Dr. Lin as my primary doctor with all types of health issues, we were able to resolve & remedy my problems. Through many conversations, visits, referrals & medication I was referred to the proper departments of special care & medications. I can gladly say that, my quality of life is the best i can hope for under her care.

Stellar doctor
I’m shocked to see these negative reviews. Dr. Lin has been my doctor for years and she truly listens and has given me great care over the years. I trust her advice. She’s supported me through very difficult health issues.

Invalidating and dismissive
Dr. Lin was my Kaiser primary care physician. When seeing her, I felt horribly dismissed and invalidated 2 minutes into my meeting with Dr. Lin, and it went downhill from there. She doesn't listen to your experiences and symptoms, making blanket assumptions without asking any follow up questions. She did not respond consistently to messages in the Kaiser portal. I would never recommend her as a doctor to anyone.

Definitely not
Do not recommend. She is my PP, and I see her once a year or once in two years, and she always feels so dismissive and does not listen to me. Doesn't give me a diagnosis or evaluation before treatment. Video calls are 5 min max, and she rushes to provide advice or antibiotics. I don't feel well attended at all. I've been neglecting to change my PP, but if you're shopping for one, highly discourage you from choosing her.

Not recommended. She doesn't have the heart to treat patients as a doctor. No diagnosis before making her evaluation & recommendation. She can determine your issues based on just one phone call without seeing you in person. She would let you wait in the room without giving specific instructions, either to go home or to get your referrals at the front desk.
