Dr. Jennifer Klock, DO

Dr. Klock has a good staff and all are very responsive when you call with questions or concerns. During an exam, I always feel Dr. Klock takes time to talk, hears my concerns and offers solutions to try. The exams never feel rushed. I am very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Klock as my primary care physician.

Honestly one of the kindest most personable doctors I have been to. She is very knowledgeable and diagnosed a problem that I have had for years that every other doctor had missed. Highly recommend

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When I think of a doctor I think of a hardworking,dedicated, responsible individual. Someone that works long hours and does their absolute best to accommodate and help their patients. After all why else would you become a doctor? I have never experienced a doctor that has cancelled more appts and is just not available. Canceled b/c she was going on vacay and needed to leave EARLY.CANCELED yet AGAIN b/c she or the kids are probably sick?Rude and lacks respect for patients time.

This place is an absolute JOKE. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE and find yourself an actual doctor. You can never get an appointment, and if you do they will cancel it multiple times. NEVER in the office, always out sick or w kids or on vacation, multiple times a month. Wait time over an hour. I have to go to urgent care everytime i have a problem bc i cant get in to see her! I honestly can't believe they are still in business with the way they run their 'doctors office'

dr klock is an amazing doctor she gets down to business and she is super friendly!!! my one and only problem and I know other ppl have this problem as well. is..ARLENE...she is never friendly never calls you back every time i call in a refill and she the one who answers it ALWAY messed up when i pick it up. all the other girls are great and helpful but she is not efficient and all the other girls have to take the heat for her mistakes she is the 1 & only reason im thinking of changing doctors.

I would not recommend her to anyone! I am NEVER able to get in for an appointment. When I'm sick, I actually have to go to an after hours clinic. Her staff is incredibly rude and never calls in prescriptions like they say they will. She has horrible office hours and there is always at least an hour wait in the waiting room and then a 20 minute or so wait in the exam room. I have no clue why she is a doctor.

Dr. Klock listens well and spends time with her patients, but maybe too much time for how booked she is. I've waited over an hour past my appointment time on more than one occasion. She is also sick or out of the office a lot. I've had several appointments canceled because she was unavailable for one reason or another. The office staff are bad about answering the phone, calling you back, etc. and are generally a bit rude. Dr. Klock would benefit from hiring better staff and working more hours.

Excellent she listens and spends time with her patients. I've been seeing her for 10 years.

I understand ,life sometimes makes us all under the weather. Unfortunately some more than most, but it's good to know good people you can trust. You may have to also remember they have troubles too. Just have patience and remember that golden rule. It does go along way. Dr. Knock has always done a wonderful job and her staff has been great, especially Kelly. ML

Definitely NOT recommend. She used to be great but since moving to a new building by herself she has gone downhill quickly!! She has cancelled appointments, rescheduled them then cancelled again. Once you actually get to see her she is okay but makes you wait a long time in the room but good luck until then. Hours are horrible, When you make an appointment keep it

She's a great doctor who genuinely wants to help you and make you feel better. Since moving to her new office the staff has greatly improved and are very courteous and helpful.

No one ever answers the phone. I can't ever get in if I can't talk to someone concerning making an appt

Terrible doctor, conceited, rude, unprofessional !! She has a big head and a big mouth does not listen

Nice doctor but already had to reschedule twice for the year. That's a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Office staff is friendly with each other but when you're at the counter you don't have their full attention. I'm looking for another doctor who's actually at work.

Dr. Klock is a wonderful doctor, spends time with you makes you feel like what you have to say is important. Her office staff seem rude and never seem to answer the phone, or return phone calls. Lately Dr. Klock is hard to get an appointment with as she seems to take a lot of personal days.
