She is great with both my daughters. Interacts with them to help make them comfortable and excited to see her again. Good listener and answers all my concerns.

Dr.Jones-Dees has always provided exceptional care at Cleft Clinic and my son. She recognizes things in my son before I was able to. She always lends a listening ear and always give her most professional opinion in positive direction for my special needs child.

She didn't listen to our concerns about our child's ongoing health issues and brushed it off as no big deal. She also let us know that she was short for time at the beginning of the appointment and only had about 5 minutes for us. She was eager to get us out the door and made it obvious she didn't care.
