I read the reviews so at the beginning I was apprehensive. Dr.Jo has been fantastic in our encounters. I've got several issues going on. she has been very attentivr and encouraging me to better health.

Dr. Jo messed up my X-ray location, I had to take X-ray twice and pay for it. I filed a compliant with the clinic, they didn't do anything, kept saying move me to another doctor of that clinic! And they told Dr. Jo was on vacation, never even talked to me or explained to me about their mistake! Never want to go back again!

TERRIBLE! Dr. Jo is great if you’re healthy. But the second your blood work is abnormal or there is something she doesn’t know or want to deal with she treats you like you are a bother and and can’t get you out of her office fast enough. If you ask for further testing she’ll discourage it. Please do not waste your money here and find a provider that will actually care about you!!! Don’t go see her!!!!!

Have been taking both of my children to Dr Jo since birth. She goes above and beyond to provide the best care for my babies, and loves them like they're her own. Dr Jo is the only reason I continue to go back to FMAR.

This doctor prescribed Synthroid based off one borderline blood test. I took it for 1 year. After months of complaining about feeling nervous, irritable, heart issues and not accepting their anti-depressants I asked to be referred to an Endocrinologist. The 1st Endo told me my symptoms were because of too much thyroid hormone. Its even in the Prescribing Info. We tested and retested and I should have never been on Synthroid. I got a 2nd opinion from another Endo with the same result. Run!

Summary of bad experience: I scheduled an appointment to establish care with Dr. Jennifer Jo. I dropped off my paper work early and still waited 40 minutes to see a nurse practitioner who rushed through an exam. Was insulted and told by two employees that I didn’t request Dr. Jo and that I was confused and was supposed to see the nurse practitioner. I have yet to receive a call or email from the office manager or anyone from FMA in regards to the bad experience.
