She performed anesthesiology on me when the late Dr. Toni Bortolazzo removed my prostate in June, 2014. I was aware of the benefits of a spinal block, but had a bad experience with an attempt to have it performed during a previous surgery. She gave me a strong sedative and attempted to perform the procedure twice, but could not find a place to insert the needle. She was gentle and did not place me in excessive pain. I have two congenitally fused vertebra, which is likely the problem.
