Dr. Jennifer Gero, MD

I was compelled to write a review for Dr. Gero because of the how lucky this community is to have her. She has been nothing but thorough in her assessment, diligent in ordering appropriate labs and imaging and puts forth great effort to consult with specialists when needed. What I greatly appreciate about Dr. Gero is that she has gone above and beyond in following up on any pending results etc. She demonstrates a genuine concern for your well-being and listens to your concerns or questions. Being a community member for 20 plus years I have seen the Walk-in-clinic become so much better these past few years. We in the community are very lucky to have a board certified Emergency Physician as the director of the Walk-in-clinic. Thank you for being here Dr. Gero, we appreciate you!

She is dismissive of your problem immediately. I have seen her multiple times and every time I feel like she does not listen to me when I explain what is wrong. She saw my 8 month old son and I knew something was wrong but she dismissed him and told me to give him lots of fluids. I went to another doctor later that day and he had a massive ear infection in both ears. I don't feel like she takes the time to hear you and try to help you.
