"Dr." Donovan is extremely rude. She Doesn't listen to patients. Would rather argue and talk down to patient rather then help them.

I find her to be a knowledgeable and caring physician. Her inquisitive mind when she oversaw my care when I was in Glens Falls Hospital this past May revealed that I had a DVT in my right leg and Pulmonary Embolisms in my lungs. It was she who brought light to these conditions. I am forever grateful to her for this. Sincerely, Richie H. Adirondack NY

Dr. Donovan was very rude and hung up on me. I was trying to tell her that I had a pair of elastic stockings in my draw the same size as she was telling me to buy and insisted that I buy them. I tried to tell her that they wouldn't fit me because the largest of the OTC stockings were too small. She wouldn't take that for an answer and hung up on me. I haven't been to a Dr. since and will never ever use Hudson Headwaters again due to other incidents.
